• Account information — your email address, username, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and identifier.
• Verification data — if you verify via Telegram to unlock a trial, we store your Telegram user ID and username.
• Usage data — API requests routed through the gateway, including model, token counts, timestamps, status codes, and cost, used for billing, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
• Payment data — cryptocurrency top-ups are processed by our third-party payment provider. We store the transaction amount, status, and a provider reference. We do not store your wallet keys or card details.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and a session cookie required to keep you signed in.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the API gateway and dashboard.
• Meter usage, calculate charges, and manage your balance and plan.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Respond to support requests and send service-related notices.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Upstream AI providers — the content of your API requests is forwarded to the provider that serves the requested model in order to fulfill the request.
• Payment processor — to create and confirm cryptocurrency top-ups.
• Authentication providers — Google and Telegram, only if you choose to use them.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting and database services that run Lumosel.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We keep account and usage records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data except records we are required to retain.

Passwords are hashed, sessions use signed HTTP-only cookies, and API keys are stored only as hashes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Keep your API keys and password confidential.

You may access and update your profile, change your password, and delete your account and its data at any time from your dashboard. To make any other request regarding your data, contact us at support@lumosel.vip.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Lumosel is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
