Terms of Service

Lumosel is an API gateway that provides unified, pay-as-you-go access to third-party AI models. Requests you send are metered and routed to an upstream provider that serves the requested model. Availability of any specific model depends on the upstream provider and may change.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Lumosel.
• One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You agree not to use Lumosel to:

• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or generate content that is illegal or harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service, its rate limits, or its security.
• Share, resell, or expose your API keys in a way that enables unauthorized use.
• Violate the usage policies of the underlying AI providers whose models you access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

API keys authenticate requests and spend your balance. Treat them like passwords. You are responsible for usage and charges incurred with your keys, including if they are leaked. You can create and revoke keys from your dashboard.

• Usage is charged per request based on the model and token counts, drawn from your included plan allowance first and then your prepaid balance.
• Balance is added via cryptocurrency top-ups processed by our payment provider. Amounts are shown in USD.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use.
• Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, top-ups are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.

We may offer a limited free trial, unlocked by verifying a Telegram account and joining our channel. Trials are provided at our discretion, are limited to one per person, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Lumosel relies on third-party AI providers, payment processors, and authentication services. Their availability, output, and performance are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or the accuracy or reliability of any model output. You are responsible for how you use any output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumosel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or balance arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Lumosel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
