How do usage windows work?

Every plan includes rolling usage windows. The 4-hour window resets 4 hours after your first request in that window. The weekly window resets on the same weekday and time each week. Exceed your window and you can add pay-as-you-go balance. Windows reset automatically — you never need to do anything.

What is a usage multiplier?

The usage multiplier affects how much of your window a request consumes. At 1×, a request that costs $0.10 counts as $0.10 against your window. Higher multipliers apply to higher-tier plans.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans are monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your API keys and balance remain active.

What happens when I hit my window?

The gateway returns a 429 with a retry-after header. Your window resets automatically. You can also top up your balance to continue immediately.
